Oh did I mention the ad was on craigslist 2bd, 2bth, aprtmnt $800! BEWARE OF THINGS TO GOOD TO BE TRUE! Maybe if he was upfront like i was in the get go I would of considered trying to rent the property but one week before I was suppose to move in, he calls and notifies me about the foreclosure, mind you my $500.00 money order was in his hands! Too scary especially in times like this!
