Lately i used their services to investigate my cheating husband's online activities.
They said they will investigate everything , and i have specified that i need the internet investigations instead of surveillance, Walt Stewart said they have people handle this kind of work.
They charged me $ 1500 and paid full before they started the services.
He promised only 3 to 4 days work.
I paid in full, and wait, and wait for the report.
Agreement sign on Jan 21, 2010, today is March 3, 2010, i have never received any report. I called them and stop all the service this morning.
During this period, i have to left messages before he returned my call, every time he told me was he need more time.
Last we spoke, he said the service that i require is illegal and they won't do it.
So that was a total opposite saying from him when i first met with him, he said 'WE HAVE SPECIAL PEOPLE TO HANDLE THE INTERNET INVESTIGATIONS"
Since they trick my money ( $ 1500 ) and promised was a 3 to 4 days job, but provided me with wrong and lengthy services that i don't needed, i think i have to file a complaint and a refund on their misconduct behavior .
