Subject: WALKFT

I bought the Walkfit inserts on Oct 12, 2009 and I have got nothing but trouble out of them. I to like the Inserts but the Customer Service is very poor not worthy of being even rated. I am still dealing with this issue even still as of today. My bank is still questioning me about charges and I had to get all information again and send it to them. On Nov 2,2009 I received a phone call from a Rep. Joe Crum from Walkfit asking me to call him back and I did but I was un-able to talk to him because the Cust. Rep. said he wasn't there and put me on hold and came back to me and told me that my refund was being processed and I should see the refund on my Bank Statement in 2 to 5 business days. Well he lied, it has been over a month and still no refund. I too turned Walkfit over to the Texas Attorney General and submitted information to them. I don't think their is a President or CEO that we (all) can submit our complaints to. I would like to see that Walkfit and other Companies in the United States throw out (INDA) Indians from these jobs that they now hold. The Customer Service is very bad and Walkfit needs to learn that the customer is the one supporting them and that they need to treat the customer with the utmost respect and courtesy.
If some one could come up with a valid Contact Person, and not Cust. Ser. that we could submit our valid complaints to please submit it to all of us so that we can voice our complaints to them. The BBB in California doesn't even have a valid Company Number (HIGHER ON THE CHAIN OF COMMAND SUCH AS AN CEO OR AN AMERICAN PERSON THAT IS ACTUALLY WITH THIS COMPANY) that does not go to Customer Service.
If some one could go to where they are taping the Commercial on Walkfit and get the American Doctors name who is actually promoting this product I'm sure he does not know of the complaints that are turned into the BBB. We all need to make some one aware of this poor customer service that they have hired to represent their company. This must be stopped and put on TV to discredit them and see that their rating gets so bad that they can not get the financing or credit they need.
Lets pull together and take this company on because we the customers have been cheated and lied to. This behavior must stop and seize now they do not deserve to be working with poor work ethics.
