I purchased several Walkfit Platinum shoe inserts or orthotics from this company. After viewing the product I returned them promptly. The company has been unwilling to credit my account even though I returned them quickly. I would never order another product from this company because of their poor customer service. They have a large mailing fee which I assume is how they make their money as it is none refundable.They really do not deserve one star.
