I just moved to Lancaster from out of state and started my WM account. First off I told them I had existing cans from the previous owner, which were in good condition so do not replace them but they did anyway. The Waste can arrived and it looked and smelled like someone emptied a port-a-john into it so I called to have it swapped out. I was told it would be done by 6:30 pm and it never happened so I called the next day and was told by 6:30 yet again and guess what??? It never happened. I called again and was told once again by 6:30. Yesterday was Monday and still no swap so I called on my lunch and was told it would happen for sure because it is my normal service day so when I arrived home I called to be sure they would be coming out and was told it would not be until the next day yet again. How incompetent can a company be? I have left messages for upper management and still no call back. This has got to be the worst WM company in the 50 states. If they tell you something is going to happen by a certain time on a certain date, do not believe them. Customer service is the least of their concerns! I have no choice but to give them 1 star as the rating system does not go any lower.
