Watchboxco would not respond to my emails and when I called their voicemail was always full. All I wanted to know was "why hasn't my order been shipped yet?"
I ordered on April 4th and they did not ship until April 20th. I had assumed they had all but forgotten about my order so I went with a competitor's product in the meantime.
When my order finally arrived, not only was it NOT the box I ordered (it was a different model), but it was DAMAGED (not from shipping either--this was clearly a manufacturing defect).
Worst online transaction in 10 years of buying products online. DO NOT, I repeat, DO NOT buy from Watchboxco.com
