So I ordered a Rose wood watch box and seen that you can get it personalized for 7.95 so I thought wow great idea. Placed my order on Sept,21,2012 paid for shipping said it would be here with in 2 to 3 days. called back Sept.29, a man told me he was working on my order trying to figure out how to shrink the lettering to fit on the glass, I asked how long he told me it should ship out in the morning then he would charge my card. No charge in the morning on card waited 1 more week called back, spoke to a lady she told me ow well we are sorry we had a back order on the box you ordered it will be shipped out on Friday evening Sept 28th 2012. Still nothing, So I did a review on the company worst company ever to order from, cancelled the credit card I used so they can not charge it and it is now Oct.8,2012 and have herd nothing from them. Went with Amazon.com great site never any problems found same box cheaper and I can get it inscribed for 5 dollars at the mall.
