These folks have no customer service. The first box I ordered from them arrived with a non-functional latch. I was able to reach them that ONE time and Steve, the person who answered the phone took my order for a replacement, which I had to pay for, and said that they would refund my money when the original unit was returned. Fine. Standard procedure.
The replacement order arrived 8 days later and the glass top was cracked. This was on 1/16. I called again and got a message that they were at a trade show until 1/21, NOT to leave a message, and to email them at info@watchboxco.com - and that they were checking email. I got no response to my email. I called again on 1/21, and again on 1/22, and got the same message - that they were out until 1/21, but checking emails. I sent another email. No response. I tried calling again on 1/25, and pretty much daily since then. I've also used the contact form on the website multiple times.
It's now 1/29, Their mailbox is now full and you don't even get their outgoing message, which I imagine still says that they will be out until 1/21. Bottom line is they have $200 of my money, I have two damaged watch cases, and no way to contact them. I'm going to try to find as many review sites as I can to try to help folks like you that may otherwise do business with this company and warn you - DON'T DO IT! All I want at this point is an RA# and preferably a shipping label to send these back! Doesn't look like that's going to happen.
