Do not use watchboxco.com under any circumstance. They do not have a customer service department. I tried to cancel an order over 5 times, via e-mail, phone and directly on their website, with no contact back. They still sent my order out and charged by credit card. I called UPS and they kindly helped me by letting me know to refuse the delivery at the door. I gave watchboxco.com a few days to refund after the delivery refusal, and they didn't comply. With the proof I kept that this company didn't comply to my wishes, my bank gladly refunded my money and charged them back in full. DO NOT USE THEM UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE. Check their Sun Valley BBB rating...i wish i did.
