So I called Waypoint Law group because they sent me a letter with no return on it promising to lower my mortgage payment. I was told to pay 3450 for their services, which I didn't. I looked up and the main lawyer is in his 1st year out of law school, and the way they are marketing for clients goes completely against the law industry standards. Please be aware of these guys, in the fine print it also says that you can pay them and you still may not get a lower payment.
