Just spoke with "Francisco" about their poor service and false commitments of services. I don't have a lot of time to write a book, but please note that this companies customer service sucks and I will never use their services again. I am very disappointed with their cleaning ability and am really not sure if they should be able to be allowed in a persons home with the cleaners lack of hygiene and unprofessional appearance. They assured me they would fold my cloths and change my linens on my bed, then they told me I had to pay extra for it. They would not work with me or offer me a discount on the laundry. I am done with this crappy company, please take my advice and don't waste your time.
