Customer Service is Useless

It's been over 48 hours since I've requested an ACH withdrawal from my Wepay account to my bank and nothing has showed up. I've been told that I won't have access to the funds until "the end of day today" (whatever that means). That's 3 business days for a simple ACH transfer for funds that have ALREADY been verified as present. You can't get much worse than that. Even Paypal is faster in getting you your money.
I really hope this isn't a scam. I'll have pissed off a lot of friends if that is the case. I doubt I'll ever see my money because each day, it's another excuse / explanation. I just wish a company could hire people that can "get it done."
Unfortunately, this is not the Paypal alternative we were hoping for -- but I'll keep my eyes open!
