completely not reliable
|
I really had some high hopes for this company. I currently am a landlord wanted to get monthly payments to be transferred electronically. I thought this was a great idea. The fact is this is an unreliable microcapital company. I think they just don't have the resources or maybe even the understanding of what is needed in financial transactions.
I think everybody would agree financial companies have to be
One. Transparent
two. Fast
three. Good customer service.
Wepay is neither of these. They put your transfers on a pending hold. Initially they said one day, then two days and then indefinite.
Customer service was inept or inefficient. They took no ownership of the problem. It was only after I told them my lawyer would contact them or I would personally contact the California Atty. Gen.'s office did depending status get removed.
I think I should make a full complaint to the Better Business Bureau.
I heard that intuit has a similar program with the same reasonable fees.
