Our daughter, who is 7 mos. pregnant, moved from Florida to N. Carolina and was unable to take her things. I called Senior Moving Consultant, Ken Morgan, at WeHaul Moving Services, and was very carefully instructed about their services and how the move would take place. Mr. Morgan was very forthright and sensitive to my anxiety about moving her things carefully, quickly and reasonablly priced. He explained everything at least twice to me and always received or returned my phone calls. The truck arrived within the week of calling and a very pleasant and organized man, Michael, with Duntara Moving loaded up the truck. He carefully inventoried everything and assured me that he would call ahead and help my daughter put together the beds and place the furniture. We had a very good experience with this company. The key was good communication with Mr. Morgan and follow-up was great. The price was exactly what was stated and expected. NO SURPRISES!! Thank you very much.
