Poor Customer Service

My mother introduced me to Wen and I loved it. I ended up ordering it for myself, although after I placed my order and clicked on the button stating that my billing address was the same as my shipping address, I figured I would receive my shipment. I guessed wrong! My apartment number was left off the shipping label and my product never showed up. When I called regarding this issue, I was told that I was lying about it and that the info was correct. Needless to say, I called on 2 other occasions regarding this shipment, trying to get this sent out to me and somewhere during all of this, I was told that my account was cancelled by my request. The funny part the day it was cancelled was the day the product was originally shipped. How can that happen? Basically, my hair dresser introduced me to another product that works even better than Wen, and costs a little less. So guess you can figure out where I am going.
