The nice reviews are written by people that work there! If you do your work and search sites for reviews, 99% are really bad and I'm one of the customers that wrote ONE about
West Coast Moving and Storage in Corona, CA. Better Business Bureau rated them an F, so what's that tell ya! Today 2-28-2011 and yesterday wrote emails to this co. to get an update on replacing a knob on my washer, but of course nothing back in "writing" from them. So I called and told Doug I was just checking on the status of the washer knob, that I wrote yesterday and today via email. He (Doug) HOLLERED I'm not a email company! I said well the mover wrote down all the info re: the washer, did he throw it away? and he HOLLERED at me, I don't know what he did with it and AGAIN the owner Doug HOLLERED AT ME for writing a bad review on another site. He's done this before when I call him to ask for an update about the knob for my washer that was broke by one of the guys that moved it. That guy wrote down all info re: the washer info and promised to replace it during our 2-9-11 move. Doug is verrrrrry rude, cocky and sounds like he has an anger problem for sure. Again, hollering at me said after you cut us down (review) you expect me to help you!?!? (he did before but that wasn't true either obviously. I said do you HOLLER at everybody else that wrote bad reviews as he's STILL hollering at me. Finally I said I'm calling the BBB and hung up as he was STILL holllllering at me. Save yourself alot of grief and problems and don't use this totally UNprofessional company and if more "nice" reviews are written after this one, it's from Doug trying to cover himself and the co. as he did with the other "nice" reviews after my move and complaints to him.
