HORRIFIC!!! Unprofessional, negligent, and untruthful
I am currently undergoing an audit where Keith West assured me and my husband the audit was a mistake. We provided him all the requested paperwork to establish it was a mistake and he said HE RESOVLED THE AUDIT WITH THE IRS but they were slow in updating their system. It has been approximately one year, and based on a recent phone calls with the IRS no clarifying paperwork was ever provided by West Tax.
The IRS has moved forward with the collections process and we are terrified! We owe thousands and have received no help from Keith. To make things worse, he has not returned emails or phone calls, even though, we paid for "audit insurance."
