Payoff Incorrect

I have made repeated requests for a breakdown of how my payoff balance is calculated, with no response. I have 2 remaining payments of $585 with no outstanding late fees, etc. Yet my balance is listed as $3253.97. I certainly hope Westlake does not intend to try to pad the payoff. I was in the car business for 14 years, including several years as a national trainer in F&I. I've seen it all yet based on the rude interactions I've had with Westlake over the past few years, it wouldn't surprise me that they'd be brazen enough to try anything.
This is a simple interest loan. At this point, with only 2 payments remaining, the interest left should be nominal. So I'm curious as to how the balance is calculated - if I ever get a straight response (or ANY response) from Westlake. If my balance is not corrected within the next 30 days, I will have no choice but to turn the matter over to my attorney, who was the former Attorney General for the Commonwealth of Virginia.
