Disappear once they have your money

I have had an item that was on my one year punch list that was not resolved. I have had another issue with a crack in the basement allowing water to come in. I am told that it is not covered under the warranty. Wilkinson has made no effort to even look at the new issue and don't want to hear about the old unresolved issue. It is now falling on me to pay for the repairs to a 2 year old home. Other neighbors that had Wilkinson build their home have shared that they have had the same experience. I did some more research and found that they had some serious water leakage issues in homes that were built and in Pennsylvania and have been fighting in court to not pay for the repairs. There was a case settled for stucco issues but other issues are still dragging through the courts. They don't stand by their work and don't do the right thing.
