I started my loan modfication in October 2011. Paid the Law Firm 2500 dollars. Faxed them all kinds of documents. Got a letter from my mortgage company that they had denied my modification. I owe 145000 dollars on a home that only appraises for 100000 dollars. I am probably going to lose it. Any way I was assigned a Representative named Charlie Shaw, he spoke with an Accent like an Indian. Contact number was 1-866-563-9181. He called me about two days before I got the letter from my mortgage company. I was supposed to be hearing from a local attorney on the final step of closing my loan modification. He was letting me know that my mortgage company was writing down my mortgage amount. OH WELL, GUESS WHAT. I have never heard from him or them again and I called everyday. This is Feb. 2012. All I get when I call is "The Processing Center" leave a message but they never return my call. Would Love to Get My Money Back. Called 3 days last week and this morning. Still no return calls???
