I went to this place to get my taxes done,waited around for about 6 hours before they actually talked to me, finally got called, talked to the tax specialist for about 45 mins, and to my surprise, they wanted $1480 for doing my taxes!!!! to say the least I didn't have that much on me, I'm used to only paying $250 at most.. so I gave them what I had ($700)and tried to get the rest, so I filed for an extension. I couldn't come up with the other $780 so I called them and told them I was going to go get it done with someone else, they said I can come get my documents back, but they were going to keep the original $700 that I gave them because they only refund 50% of what the fee is, even tho they never filed it for me, I gave them a $200 deposit at the beginning and was expecting not to get that back, but to take the other $500 also...so I either have to suck it up and give them the other $780 for them to do it, or I can get my documents back and basically give them $700 for talking to the tax lady for 45 mins without them actually filing anything.
