This is the worst experience I ever had. Customer Service is terrible and not customer oriented. There was misunderstanding in my order and I wanted to send it back for refund. None of the items were opened. I asked customer service if it is possible to return the product for full refund without being charged the restocking fee since none of the items were opened. Their answers were rude and reluctant to work with the customer. 20% for all returned items no matter if opened or not, that is not fair.
I'm definitely not coming to this company again and will not recommend to anyone.
Order process and shipping were good, but customer service and 'company policy' are bad and not fair.
