I would not recommend ordering products from this company. I ordered 20 Lifetime chair covers and received 20 covers that did not fit my chairs, they were a different measurement than what was stated online. After contacting them and speaking with Sabrina, they promised a full refund. I was only given a partial refund and unable to speak with anyone via phone. This company would not acknowledge that the merchandise adverised and the merchandise actually received were not the same. The is no way on physically speaking with anyone, they do it all online. What you see online is definately NOT what you get! What would have made this a better experience is if they would have just acknowledged that someone could have possibly sent me the wrong chaircovers or that these were just not the same measurements as stated online. It made matters worse that they just could not fathom making a mistake. I will never do business with this company again and will encourage others not to make the same mistake.
