We hired ZooZ via a company called Mainline Transportation (they're the same company) in February 2011. They low-balled our quote and then doubled the price after they loaded the truck. They missed the pickup date and missed 3 delivery dates. They do not contact you with any information or updates. They also breached our contract at delivery (for which I have a recording of my phone call with the "CEO").
I started a website for information about how bad this company is. I've also contacted the BBB and my state Attorney General for a fraud complaint.
