About a year ago I had my home modified with Legal Loan Review..I was hesitant at first, but I had hit rock bottom and decided to exhaust my options before I loose my home.. I had a sale date that was listed for less than a month. Not only did they stop the sale date and save my home..But now my payment is at a much more comfortable number my interest rate is 3% fixed for 30 years..I can't remember everyone name that helped,but I dealt with Mike Shaw and he made it happen.
