I worked with Johnny Lee phone #: 949-860-3348 on a refi. First let me say that the attraction to LoanDepot was 2-fold: Guarenteed not to charge an origination fee or appraisal fee on subsequent refinancing through Loan Depot; AND, Johnny didn't try B.S. me with the usual crap that I hear from banks as to why their fees are so high. He immediately set to work on getting my origination fee to be lower than any other offers I had and was proactively keeping track of the progress of my loan with updates and status reports. I also worked with Chris Dunga, who was fantastic in getting the underwriting done. Between Chris and Johnny, I had very little doubt about where I stood on my refi.
