I worked with Zoya Jamil on a home refinance and she was fantastic! Purchasing or refinancing a home can be one of the most daunting task anyone will ever go through financially. I can honestly say that not only did she do her job well, she went above and beyond in educating me the many facets of the housing industry. Thanks to her, today I am a well-educated consumer and that alone speaks volume to how she is a person; one that values her job and who truly cares for other people.
Zoya answered all my questions throughout - and there were many. At times, I would ask her to repeat her answers because I wasn't sure if I understood them. She was never annoyed and was more than happy to explain things in layman terms to the point where she had me write out pros and cons of options presented to me.
During the entire refinancing process, it's important to note that I was going back and forth with Loan Depot and Quicken Loans due to their outstanding customer and BBB's ratings, respectively. Though both offers were nearly identical, I went with Loan Depot because of Zoya's patience, willingness to educate and guide me through the whole process. I never felt pressured or felt patronized by not knowing certain things. The agent I dealt with at Quicken Loans felt like they were a bit patronizing and impatient with me at times, often calling me at times when I told them I wouldn't be available.
Again, thank you Zoya for your patience and eagerness to educate your consumers. Your communication is top notch and I felt at ease working with you. It felt good to know that you had my best interests in mind throughout the whole process. If I ever do need to refinance again, I'll make sure to contact you directly. Thank you so much!
