It's my pleasure to write this review regarding my experience with LoanDepot. Initially, when I received the little postcard in the mail I thought to myself "no way do I want to refinance my loan." However, after speaking to Jenine (Lending Officer), I realized that this could save my thousands of dollars, plus I could set-up an escrow account for my taxes and insurance as opposed to paying them on my own. Also, I was able to reconvert to a VA Loan. Jenine made the process easy. She walked my through each step and answered all of my questions in a timely manner. Next, I worked with Sara (Loan Processor), who was an extension of Jenine. She was also professional, helpful, timely and available to answer questions day or night. It's unbelievable that I was able to refinance a VA loan within 30-days!! Thanks again to Jenine and Sara!!
