I have had several dealings with Mortgages and Mortgage refinance needs with various companies over the years and none come close to the exceptional service of Loan Depot. After my experience with them, I will never go to another company again, other than Loan Depot, to service any Mortgage or Mortgage Refinance needs I may have.
A Refinance Mortgage is often a time consuming and tedious process but loan Depot goes above and beyond what is needed throughout the process and makes it so much easier, personalized, and actually pleasant to work with them.
Alan Yu listened to me during my initial call to them inquiring about a refinance of a mortgage loan and understood me and my families needs immediately. There were steps I had to take to begin the process, things I had been working on personally for months. Alan actually got on the phone with me and another company on a three way call, something he didn't have to do at all, stayed on the call with me for several hours, as we were transferred from person to person to manage an issue that was an error that I had been trying to correct for many months myself. This "phone call" took several days of multiple calls and many hours of which Alan stayed on that line with me for each and every one and in the end, the issue I had been dealing with for months, he was able to help me resolve with those phone calls and his extensive knowledge of the refinance and mortgage process.. He was very proactive and took the initiative to make sure the other company and people we were dealing with followed through on their end. His involvement and help made my life a little easier. I was just amazed at how helpful he was and how most companies you do business with would just see you as another person on their list.
I have never had such personalized service from any company I have ever had business dealings with. I felt that he really cared and understood me and my families needs, was there for us, He went well above and beyond most.
Jennifer Chun, a team mate of Alans, also offered very timely and personalized service. Communication, instructions, and availability for answering questions was exceptional. As a team, they were tremendous, their timeliness of loan processing and their communications with each other about my loan process and progress made it so much more seamless and stress free for me. The online customer portal for Loan Depot that is shared with your loan processing team, in my case Jennifer Chun and Alan Yu, is the best in managing all the paperwork and messaging with your team, and to complete all the required tasks.
I would very highly recommend Loan Depot for any and all Mortgage or Mortgage Refinance needs, they are exceptional, particularly Alan Yu and Jennifer Chun, thank you!
