This entire experience has been great. We started the re-fi process thinking this was going to take many weeks, but surprisingly, the entire process from beginning to funding only took only 2 weeks. Everyone we spoke with at the company was wonderful, from being quick to respond, to answering our questions in a way that we understood. The online system was easy to use and it was great to be able to keep track of what was happening with the loan. I've already recommended these guys to family members and friends. We will defiantly be using LoanDepot for any future needs. Thank you LoanDepot and all involved with our re-fi!
