LoanDepot, Through Walt Proctor as loan officer, treated me well. They Deserve This 5 Star Review.

I just refinanced my townhome through LoanDepot. I was treated with well and with respect. The loan closed on the last day of my rate lock, so I closed at 4.25%. I was offered 5% and 5.25% with two other companies. One loan officer from another company told me that these people (LoanDepot) would string me along past the end of my rate lock date (not respond to telephone calls timely, etc., and then offer me a higher rate at the last minute with everything ready to go. THAT DIDN'T HAPPEN. Walt Proctor and his processor I decided to go with LoanDepot with Walt Proctor as my loan officer anyway. I'm exceedingly happy that I did. I highly recommend this loan officer and LoanDepot.
