We have been in the auto repair business long enough to know when someone actually gets it and when they are just going through the motions. Juan got it from day one. He took the time to learn how our shop runs and came back with real strategies we could put to work right away. The tools and guidance he left us with have already started making a difference in how we operate and how confident we feel about where we are headed. The time he spent working with our bookkeeper alone was worth the cost of the whole engagement. He was able to totally overhaul how we setup our quickbook files. That may sound simple but after two decades of business I can assure you it was a nightmare.
