I called with a complaint stating that my ink that was sent to me did not work. I was told that no refunds are made for purchases made beyond 90 days. But the product's box clearly states that they carry "1 year Quality Satisfaction Guarantee". Well I purchased $118 worth of cartridges 6 months ago and I am dissatisfied. I had a horrible experience with Inkgrabber. I placed an order around 11 pm, but then found a better deal on Amazon.com that would also allow the ink to get to me faster. I cancelled my order within 20 minutes of placing it, but because there are no instructions on the website on how to cancel an order, I used their contact form and sent a message that way. I ORDERED 3 CARTRIDGES FROM THIS COMPANY. THE ONE DID NOT WORK AND THEY DID SEND ME ANOTHER. AS YET, I HAVEN'T HAD TO USE IT, WHETHER IT WILL WORK OR NOT IS YET TO BE SEEN. I ALSO ORDERED 2 OTHER CARTRIDGES FOR ANOTHER PRINTER. I DISCOVERED THE PRINTER WAS NOT COMPATIBLE WITH MY COMPUTER SO I RETURNED THE INK CARTRIDGES TO INKGRABBER. I purchased 5 cartridges and one didn't fit because of a slot/tab mismatch. I e-mailed them 4 times and they never addressed the problem I had. On the 5th e-mail and the complaint from BBB they finally told how to return the wrong cartridge. I finally after a month of trying got my refund. I do not recommend this company because they don't seem to have good communications. They still haven't told me why the cartridge was wrong. I purchased over $100 of merchandise from the company. NONE!... NONE of it worked. I sent it back at my expense. They refunded my payment LESS the shipping costs! I was not able to use anything they delivered and they still made money off of me! Read More »

INKJET MADNESS AKA INKGRABBERS.COM WILL NOT STAND BEHIND IT'S PRODUCT. I HAD A COPY OF COLOR CARTRIDGES THAT WERE DEFECTIVE. THEY SENT ME RETURN ENVELOPES TO SEND THE PRODUCTS BACK TO THEM. WHICH I DID, DID NOT GET ANY REPLIES. I CALLED, THEY TOLD ME THEY HAD THROWN THE CARTRIDGES AWAY. THEY DIDN'T EVEN TRY TO DIAGNOSE THE PROBLEM.
