I was fortunate to have Jeff and All Valley Air recommended to me by a good friend. This friend has done a lot of work with All Valley Air and has referred them to others over the years. I used these guys and was very happy with them, their service and professionalism. Friendly and responsive, very skilled in their profession. Both brothers who own the company came and delivered excellent services, and more, as promised. They showed up on time, were courteous, and explained and showed me everything that was needed. They explained my options without being pushy. They did more than was expected (or anticipated) and did not charge me extra. Our air conditioner quit working, called AVA the next day and got an appointment within a couple of hours. When Jeff arrived, did a quick assessment of the problem and also communicated other options so I could make an informed decision. I had a furnace that needed replacing and started calling several local companies. I am very thankful I reached All Valley Air. These guys are the most honest pair (they are brothers by the way) of professional installers I have ever encountered. Not only is their work product a solid 10 but they are also very funny. I used All Valley Air based on reviews that I had read online, and I was very satisfied. I called in the morning on a hot day because neither my air nor my heat pump were working. They fit me in and were there by the afternoon. Jeff was very patient with my bazillion questions, carefully explained and showed me the issues and didn't try and sell me more than I needed, which is refreshing. All Valley Air has done 3 different projects for me in the past years. Installed a brand new AC and Heating System a few years ago. Completely replaced the ducting in the attic May 2011. Replaced a roof fan motor June 2011. All work was done professionally with follow up to make sure all the systems installed were working properly. Outstanding quality work. Fair price for the job. They took no shortcuts and made sure everything was securely installed and working when they replaced my duct work, furnace and air conditioning unit. Took care to protect the flooring in my home from getting damaged and or any debris on it and cleaned up each of the two days they were doing the installation. Today (4-14-11) is the second time I have used All Valley Air services, and they are outstanding. Last October, they replaced the freon for my air conditioning system. However, only 6 m months later, the air conditioning stopped cooling again, so i called them back. I had Jeff come out twice and both times he was open to questions depending on what I was after. I was given all the options and the pros and cons of each option which was great! I could not be more happy with the work that they did. They are neat and their workmanship is excellent. My furnace is maybe 20 years old and they could have tried to sell me a new one, but they didn't. They are honest as they made repairs and fixed my problem for a very fair price. All Valley Air installed two split air conditioning units in my home and office, and did a wonderful job. They turned out to be friendly, knowledgeable folks, who showed up exactly when they said they would, and delivered what was promised. Their price was fair, and they honored the written estimate.
