You would think in these times you would call a company and they would at least respond and be prompt.It was no real emergency thank god,But I had left several messages and NO return phone call after 2 days.We finally set up the appointment, and guess what NO SHOW. I have used Angel Plumbers twice in the last 3 years. Each time was an emergency sewer situation for my apartment complexes. Each time they provided me with fast and courteous service. Hey people, I chose to call Angels cause they had good looking site and a very cool logo. I thought that if they have put this much effort to please me esthetically they are probably serious about their profession and they will do a good job. So, yet a gain, I was right. This guys are the BEST!!! I don't normally write reviews, but with the service that we got I feel that it's my duty to let others know about this company. I first met them when I needed to have the main system totally redone. They suggested the best possible way, and the most cost effective way to do it. I had a sink at my workplace that was a MESS! We work with flowers and one of our interns put floral foam down the sink and it was clogging and reclogging for weeks! David from Angel Plumbers came out and was on-time, friendly, funny, and courteous. He let us know his rates up front before he touched anything and was finished in less than an hour. Angel Plumbers provides excellent and friendly service at good prices; we've had them work on different locations a lot of times this and last year. Santiago, Dezire and all employees really cares about his customers! They return calls promptly and follow through when they said they would. Excellent service. Plumbing emergency on Sunday afternoon. Found number on internet. Stated arrival in 45 minutes to an hour. Arrived in 40 minutes. Quick assessment of the problem and remedy. My HOA has used Angel Plumbers (without any problems). I used them to move a Gas Supply line that was obstructing a new gas range, and was very happy with the experience - their office was friendly, the guy (Anthony) who did the work was thorough, and took the time to explain different ways the work could be done. He also warned me by phone that he was running slightly late. Plus they were able to schedule me at very short notice. I have no complaints at all with this company. Read More »

I called for my water heater to be inspected,and had an appt.SET between 8 and 9 am. When 9 am approached and a no show I called to get an eta.There was no answer,then at around 9 30 I called back from a private number they answered,I had asked why they never called or showed up for the appt. Their response was "I'm sorry we had a little bit of a tied up schedule with bigger jobs" They made me wait and miss work and didn't give me any consideration.I will certaintly never use this company eve... You know i did my research and found this co. to be a A plus rated co.Im not at all the type to bad mouth anybody, but i had a terrible expierence on the customer service side even though they claim to be not just good plumbers but good people,they never really followed through.The point being that A plus co. doesnt really mean anything at the end of the day.
