I had a great experience with Creative Carpet Repair. I sent an email in the morning and got a reply within a couple hours asking to schedule a time. They were able to come THAT AFTERNOON on my lunch break and had my carpet fixed in no time at a great price. I can not stress enough how good the quality of the work was. Great job. Carpet repair person showed up on time as promised. Inspected carpet work I needed repaired. Gave me quote. Work was perfect. Replaced a section of carpet near sliding glass door. You would never know that a piece was replaced. Two stairs completely replaced. Again, it looked like original work. Spotless cleanup. Read More »

This company is fantastic. I explained the problem over the phone and they gave me a verbal estimate. The repair man showed up on time and was very professional and courteous. He did an excellent job without cutting any corners. In fact, I really felt he went the extra mile in order to do the job right. The final result far exceeded my expectations. Steve Gordon was very responsive. He contacted a local repair person and followed up when the job was done. The local repair person, Steven Senter, is outstanding. He called to coordinate the time to come out on a Saturday. He was able to do a repair job with my left over carpet remnants. This was work others said could not be done. We have used Creative Carpets on two occasions and have been very pleased. The first time Alan stretched our carpet after we had some tile installed, he also recarpeted some stairs. The second time he recarpeted the dog house (engine cover) in our motor home. It was a difficult task and several people told us it could not be done with the carpet we had chosen.
