I bought the 4.75 750se stroker short block from MMR. The engine only came like a week and a half after what they said it would which I didn't mind. I put the car ina local shop here in Va and we ran into a little bit of trouble. The crank sprocket for the timing chain was not included in the box, even though it was supposed to be there. Ordered springs/valves for PI motor on 1/31/2014. I never received the parts as of 3/10/2014. Even after multiple emails to their sales team and a promise to ship. Asked for tracking information and never got it. Filed a complaint with BBB on 3/10/2014 and asked for my money back. Got a call from business saying they see no issue since they refunded the money on the 11th and then threatening to contact all vendors and put me on some kind of bad buyer list. I am happy with MMR because they have givin me truthful reasons for not having my rotating assembly to me within the 2 week lead time as it has been 3 weeks or more i am not upset. Plus the fact that they dont get annoyed by me asking where they are at on the kit per one time a week as every week passes. Apparently my pistons were not in stock because they dont keep 20 over pistons in very big quantities which makes sense based on demand. I just hope it is soon. If you want good customer serv... GREAT COMPANY!! I am currently stationed in Pearl Harbor, HI, and I spun a rod bearing in my Cobra, so I decided on an entire new 5.0L stroker short-block. It came in The given time-frame, and everything I ordered was included. The install went smoothly, and the only hold-ups I ran into were due to my lack of experience, but only delayed me slightly waiting on parts. Very highly recommended, high quality engine builders, quality product and communication. We had one hiccup on the custom cams i had sent down, which MMR went above and beyond what was necessary to make it right. Over 3000 miles on my motor so far which is topped by a Kenne Bell 2.2L supercharger producing 18 psi and and it is performing great! MMR has the single worst customer service of any business I've ever dealt with. They sold parts to me for my engine that were not built for my engine. Had I installed these parts, my new engine would have certainly destroyed itself. After realizing what they sold to me wasn't built for my application, I attempted to return the parts for a refund, but they refused.
