This company does NOT know what they are doing and has ZERO knowledge whatsoever about air conditioners!! They were sent by my Home Warranty Company and Prime Masters added R22 to my R410 system which is akin to adding diesel fuel to a car that takes unleaded gasoline. I found this company to be completely inept at what they were to be repairing and upon numerous phone calls and questioning, their customer service left a lot to be desired until I was finally hung up on. I was referred to Prime Master by Frigidaire as my dryer was still under warranty. I was told my part would be in within three business days.
