I was recruited and initially treated wonderfully, but the tide turned with Susan. It is like being the teachers pet,if you get in trouble then you are no longer the teachers pet. There are a lot of black women in this business and they should be very careful about being exploited. Products are over priced and so are the kits. I have been with LMS Fragrances for three years and I can truly say I have had a wonderful time being partners with Susan and Robert Suh, the President and CEO of this company. I've been a d'essense consultant since 2006 and it's been a wonderful experience. After trying several other home based businesses over the years, this is the best direct sales company that I've ever worked with. The quality and attractiveness of the products initially caught my attention however the compensation plan is what sold me. My wife and I joined d'essense in 2007 and have no regrets. We are able to use the business as our family time together. We deliver products and also participate in meetings with clients together. I have been with the company since 2007 and cannot say anything bad. I enjoy earning upfront money. The compensation plan is the best I have experienced in the direct selling industry. I did not wear perfumes or any type of fragrances due to my allergies. WOW. Is all I can come up with when it comes to LMS Fragrances. Having been a member of the direct sales industry for over 20 years, it is refreshing to find a company that does not hound you to purchase inventory. I have been with many MLM companies and I would have to say this is by far the best. I have been with the company for 4 years now and I'm top sells, been to Hawaii 3 times and many other trip all expenses paid just by working hard. The products they offer are top of the line and the owner Robert and Susan are very down to earth and transparent people. d'essense in the beginning appears to be an excellent company with great leaders who appear to really care about their consultants. As time goes on and you begin to promote is when you see d'essense for what it really is. The owners lie,talk about people disparely especially if you don't do what they want you to. I was a consultant with several other direct selling companies and by far LMS is the BEST and they have the best compansation plan in my experience.
