The problem was the furnace burner would not ignite while all other functions worked as usual.This is and old furnace and this is the first problem.I looked up the BBB ratings to select a service company and selected this one. The servicemen(2) arived on time,which was a short time after my call.They were neat,friendly and professional.They arrived in a truck that was also neat and professional looking.
