We have had a terrible experience with Starkart. Initially, the ads were placed as agreed in the shopping carts at Kroger. Then shortly after, Kroger got new shopping carts and our ads were removed. We called Starkart and they said it wasn't their problem and we should contact Kroger. We reminded them that our contract was with them, not Kroger, and it was their responsibility to uphold their end of the contract. I would never use their services again. They lied when I asked about who would be on the other side of my ad. They said my side is local advertisers and the other side would be the big advertisers, like Coke, and other big guys. I specifically asked if another agent would be put on the other side and they guaranteed me that they wouldn't be. They also lied about getting my ad out on time and had to consistently call them and drive to the store sacrificing my time to ensure their job was done.... Read More »

We were sold a bill of goods. Matt Coffel, Their Sales Rep, promised to stay in touch - promised to help us maximize our results. We have emailed and called him repeatedly. But, we get no responses and no answers. When we have reached out to corporate - we are told Matt is a 3rd party contractor and they have no responsibility for his promises. No help there. These guys are the worst to deal with and you will see no results with this company. They are unethical and although they put things in a contract you would be paying more to a lawyer to decipher it but in the meantime they want you to sign there and then giving you no chance to do anything. This company did not install the ads as agreed to. Then 2 weeks later we found the carts with the ads in the loading dock behind the store. The carts we never put into service & then they lost the contract with the store. They offered to give me one month free. Then I was supposed to get more carts at another location and the ads were only there 2 weeks. I have received maybe 30 days of ads and was charged for 90 days. I was charged with out realizing it for months. I was told more than once my add would be extended [due to misc issues] at no additional charge. That seems to be how they try to fix things with out paying money back. But they actually kept charging me and are now offering again to extend for free. I am like No Thanks! Beware of this company! They will tell you one thing and do another. They will tell you that you will be the only company doing that certain field of business but will have you sign a contract saying the opposite. When called in to question, their professional courtesy that they so generously extended doesn't mean anything. They don't do anything they say and their word doesn't mean anything.
