In June of 2009, the lighting kit stopped working. I sent them an e-mail about it and never got a response. So I called them and they told me the kit was out of warranty (even though it wasn't. It has a 1 year warranty). I asked them if there was anything else they could do for me and they said no. It's very aggrivating that I spent $260 on a lighting kit and they will not honor the warranty.
