It’s not too often I come across a business as well-established as this one. They knew exactly what they were talking about and offered instructions to solve the problem I was having. The owner is almost always available to talk any time I call and answer any questions I have. In June of 2008, I ordered a fountain and a lighting kit. In June of 2009, the lighting kit stopped working. I sent them an e-mail about it and never got a response. So I called them and they told me the kit was out of warranty (even though it wasn't. It has a 1 year warranty). I asked them if there was anything else they could do for me and they said no. It's very aggrivating that I spent $260 on a lighting kit and they will not honor the warranty. I DO NOT recommend doing business with them... Read More »

A week ago, I purchased a fountain light from this company on its website. What was delivered to me was not what I ordered and I contacted the company. I was told their website had recently been changed and they were not responsible for any discrepancies. The product sent to me was not at all what I wanted.
