My company purchased a dedicated server from Arvixe a little over two months ago which we used to store our website and the SVN Revision history for the video game we are developing. There are several reasons why I selected Arvixe as my newest host 1) The ability to pay monthly 2) The ability to turn auto renew off 3) FFMPEG That being said if you Google the company you find nothing but raving reviews, I only dealt with their support twice via their live chat, but my issue was solved in a matter of minutes both times. I have been with Arvixe for close to a year and I constantly receive excellent support and services. Their hosting is top notch and not oversold like many hosts. Their staff are very knowledgeable and they go above and beyond to service their customers with any and all requests. Well after searching much on internet i choose arvixe as my hosting choice and i m very happy with my choice and now i m having 2 hosting plan with them the service is very good and support is excellent although sometime the support take a little time as for live chat but once they are connected to you they are sticked with you until your problem is resolved..... I made an application for a new service yesterday. After changing something, and accidently locking myself out, I took a support ticket. Its taken me around ten years to find a hosting account this good, and I have been through quite a few. We started with a Personal account, but soon found out that it was using too much server cpu, the boss of Arvixe chatted with me, and they even migrated my site(s) over to a new better server, didn't have to touch a thing!Loads of nice features in Cpanel, slightly more complex than with our previous host (1&1), but with that complexity comes flexibility to do pretty much whatever you want.... When I first transferred my web site over, Arvixe was great. They were helpful and one of the least expensive sites that offered what I was looking for. After contacting them and asking questions regarding an advertised service, I found their responses to be rude and insulting especially when I asked for a refund. After having bad experience with 2 hosting companies, I switched over to Arvixe. And really found a great support. I have almost 8-10 websites hosted on Arvixe. I never found any of my website down for a minute also. I never phoned them but live chat support is really 24x7, as I experienced, with less response time. I started with Arvixe in September 2003. The customer service is by far, the best ever. Very competitive pricing (actually, the value of the customer service is greater than what you would receive elsewhere). My site has never been down and any problems I've had (usually due to spammers) has been handled by Arvixe in a very professional manner.
