I am a huge Lord of the Rings fan, and was hunting online for a representation of Orlando Bloom as Legolas from the movies. I found Sideshow and ordered a statue from their website. When the item arrived the main arrow in his bow was pretty badly bent. I contacted their customer service department and spoke with Mike to see if i could get a replacement.
