This store is not their best, I usually go to the one in city of industry.

Fry's does have some poor customer service policies in some cases, but I have yet to be a victim of the bad policies so my experience has been relatively good so far.

I usually run here to get network cables for cheap if I forget to order from Monotone (even cheaper, based in Rancho Cucomonga). They charged my credit card for the loaner laptop while I was waiting for a response from Fry's. Then, they never even got back to me. I have had to chase them down to get anything. Basically I purchased a 3 year warranty on my laptop. If an error that requires a repair happens 4 times and its the same failure they are supposed to replace the laptop free of charge. I had a gift certificate so I wanted to buy my camera there so i went home did a lot more research and came back to look at two cameras. Both of the display models had dead batters so i couldn't even preview the onscreen menus etc. Worthless. Good luck trying to get any information from their website. It is not user friendly and works very hard to point you to their specials. This can be a good thing but only if you can also find what you need. The search utility is useless and many times, their categories don’t make sense. In addition, when I have gone into the stores, I typically know more from doing a cursory internet search than their sales associates.
