I received a call from a sales rep selling zip code leads for my real estate business. I agreed to the 14-day trial. I called to cancel my subscription before the trial ended. I could not reach anyone. Left a message with all my information. Two days later I am Charger $199!! I called to figure out why my subscription was not cancelled. My credit card was charged $49.60 on 7/26 and 9/17. I did not authorized these charges and have reported as fraud and disputed with the credit card co. I ask you to reimburse these two charges as I search earlier statements for charges. Read More »

Beware of the free trial scam. They charge you before the trial is up and will send false info to the banks when you try to dispute.the info is not really useful and could be found elsewhere for free. Not worth the trouble. Read More »

I followed a link from a for sale by owner site to get access to what were supposed to be rent-to-own listings. I signed up for the free trial, downloaded some information, perused the information and found it useless to me. Had to go take care of some business, so closed out. This company listed my home INCORRECTLY as a Foreclosure and never verified if it was or not! A simple check since that is public information!! They also sold the info to other sites so this FALSE information was all over the internet!!! I am trying to sell our home by owner, and realtors are telling me their customers don't want to deal with FOreclosures!!! Weve never been late on a payment ever!!!' This company sucks!!! I used them once and didn't like the information provided so I cancelled my account the same day I signed up. I called the number provided and left a message on the cancellation voicemail, but I was changed $40 the next week. I send an email and called but did not get any responses. I had to call and wait on hold for 30 minutes to talked to a person who told me their company doesn't give out refunds, but I could try by sending in their form and requesting a refund. Don't...
