While on vacation my 2005 Ford Escape caught fire. It was Sunday so we had it towed to Santa Maria Ford to be looked at on Monday when their service dept reopened. While there we decided to buy a 2011 Escape. Once that decision was made the service manager magically appeared to work on his own motor home (using service dept equipment) so he looked at my car and informed the sales manager it had $2000-$4000 worth of damage. If I could give this place a -10 I would.... Okay, let me start off by saying this is the WORST dealership I have ever been to....They pressure you and harass you to buy a car and you can't even think about the RIGHT decision. ... it's filthy dirty , the restrooms are horrible and STINK! Their customer service is HORRIBLE. I have never ever been to a more horrible dealership. They are slimy and don't care about the customers. I give Ford an A+ for not taking the Government bailout, but a "D" for service. I have owned 6 Fords in my lifetime, but I must say that the service has always been far below that of the Toyota and Honda Dealers I have dealt with. I have had two bad experience with Ford Service, one was Lompoc Ford years back and they eventually lost the Dealership for awhile; the other is with Santa Maria Ford.
