I have purchased cars from Perry Ford; used their service department and parts department. I have not once had a good experience with them. There are plenty of Ford Dealerships, so why use one that treats you so poorly? It took them over 1 month to replace a tear in a seat when I bought my truck and each time I went in to see if it had been fixed I got the run around. Buyer beware. I purchased a used truck from them for $9,500.00 it worked for around 2000 miles and then was diagnosed w/ a cracked engine by the Toyota dealer. Even though the purchase had been made within 2 months - they completely disregarded it and gave me the run around on the phone & in person when I attempted to contact the general manager.
