I have been coming to Jim's over the years and the reason is they provide excellent customer service. They greet me as I walk in. The alignment machine is top notch. I just had a alignment performed on my truck by Jim's Tire Center. It was down quickly and efficiently by polite and dedicated employees. I bought a set of 4 tires from Jim's Tire, and for last two months I had 2 flats on them and were under warranty and I still had to pay for the first one $88.00 and the second one was told that was my fault and end of with a used tire of different brand. I strongly feel that I am being take advantage of by this company even though I was refereed to them by my company(First Honda, simi valley).I rely think this tires are defected.
