How sad. Just bought a home in Monarch Dunes. We are second owners of a 6 yr old home. Several windows have cracked seals. These windows have a lifetime guarantee (if ur a first owner). My initial complaint was well received and 3 windows were replaced. When several other windows were found defective, the company back peddled and told me they could not and would not stand behind their product. Simply because I am a second owner. Hmmm! From start to finish we have had a very positive experience with this company. We wanted new windows as we are remodeling a 70's house. The salesman that came was very professional and answered all our questions. Did not pester us after his quote and called only with address's of recent customers so that we could check out the windows for ourselves.
